Returns

We want you to love every Kavidelle piece. If something isn’t quite right, follow these easy steps:

1. Email Us

Contact us at hello@kavidelle.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

• Your full name and order number
• The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
• Reason for return or your preferred exchange size

2. Wait for Approval

Our team will get back to you within 5 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Package Your Item

Repack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (or something similar).
Make sure the item is:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags still attached

4. Ship It Back

Return shipping is at your expense (unless the item is faulty).
Use a trackable shipping method and share the tracking number with us for faster processing.

5. Refund 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your return to original form of payment and send you an email notification. Returns beyond 14 days up until 30 days will be eligible for store credit. Items can not be returned after 30 days of receiving the purchased item.

Please note, all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return!
