•  All orders ship within 2 business days from our U.S. office

•  ⁠No Refunds - All Cyber Monday purchases are final sale for refunds. Customers may request an exchange or store credit only.

• Exchange / Store Credit Window - All exchange or store credit requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• Exchange Options - You may exchange for:

  • A different size

  • A different color (if available)

• Store Credit - Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card and will remain valid for 12 months.

• ⁠Condition of Items - To be eligible for exchange or store credit, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Free from scent, makeup, or damage

  • Returned with original tags and packaging

• Return Shipping - Customers are responsible for return shipping. Kavidelle will cover shipping only in cases of defective or incorrect items received.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items - If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement at no cost.
