Q: How do I know which size to order? 

A: We recommend consulting our detailed sizing chart for the most accurate fit. Our pieces are meticulously crafted to provide a sculpted, ultra-flattering silhouette, so paying attention to your waist and hip measurements is key for the perfect shape. 

 Q: What are your garments made of? 

A: All pieces in the PRIMA collection are crafted from a luxurious silk-infused blend that offers a beautiful drape and feel against the skin and lining is 100% silk. 

Care & Maintenance 

Q: How should I care for my Kavidelle garment? 

A: To preserve the quality, structure, and unique fabric of our pieces, we recommend dry cleaning only. 

 Payments 

Q: What payment methods do you accept? 

A: We accept all major credit cards, as well as digital payment methods such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna and Afterpay.  

Shipping 

Q: What is the shipping cost? Do you offer free shipping? 

A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and the shipping method selected. We offer free shipping on orders above $300 

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: Yes, we proudly ship our pieces worldwide. 

 Q: Who pays for customs, duties, and taxes? 

A: For all international orders, the recipient is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes. These charges are not included in your total at checkout. 

Orders 

Q: Can I cancel my order? 

A: We begin processing orders immediately. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Q: I made a mistake in my order, how do I contact you? 

A: Please contact our customer service team immediately at hello@kavidelle.com with your order number and details of the mistake. 

Q: What if I want an out-of-stock item? 

A: Our pieces are often produced in limited quantities. If an item is out of stock, we encourage you to sign up for our waiting list on the product page to be notified when it is available again. 

Returns & Exchanges 

Q: How do I return my order? 

A: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your return to original form of payment and send you an email notification. Returns beyond 14 days up until 30 days will be eligible for store credit. Items can not be returned after 30 days of receiving the purchased item.

Q: How can I exchange my order? 

A: We do not accept exchanges at this time

Q: Can I return a sale item? 

A: All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
