By placing a preorder, you acknowledge:
• The item is not ready to ship immediately.
• Estimated dispatch dates are provided on the product page but are subject to change due to production or logistical delays.
• Payment is charged at the time of preorder.
We will keep you informed of any significant delays and will notify you as soon as your item ships.

3. Order Processing & Shipping
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
• In-stock orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.
• Preorders will ship according to the date listed on the product page.
• We currently ship within the U.S. and select international locations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred on international shipments.

4. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all tags and packaging intact

Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
